The purpose. At present, due to the increasing scale of construction, the task of increasing the production of road construction materials with high structural, operational and decorative properties in combination with environmental safety is becoming especially urgent. To a greater extent, the listed requirements correspond to artificial products of fine-grained concrete - concrete pavement products (paving slabs). The purpose of our work is to study the main principles for carrying out commodity evaluation of the quality of the modern assortment of concrete pavement products manufactured by the Concrete Brook Service Ltd, manufactured by the method of semi-dry vibropressing. Methodology. In the studies, the methods used to determine the strength, frost resistance, water absorption and resistance to the erosion of concrete pavement products were provided by existing state standards. Results. The optimized microstructure of concrete pavement products by "Beton Brook Service" Ltd. due to the use of plasticizer and granite drafts provides reduction of water absorption of fine-grained concrete and reduction of precipitation during the exploitation period.The enterprise has developed economic warehouses of concrete mixtures for the technology of vibropressing of sidewalk tiles and onboard stone. The offered warehouses allow to receive finished products with defective structure of concrete and durability 39-47 MPa. According to the results of measurements and tests, samples of concrete pavement products and stones of concrete bricks of fine-grained concrete of the class B30 meet the requirements of DSTU B. Specifications". Scientific novelty. The article presents the results of the analysis of quality indicators of concrete pavement products by Beton Brook Service LLC. Further development of the study on the extraordinary importance of finding ways to control the pylons, in particular various types of purification and hydrophobic impregnations, have been further developed. In this regard, it is important to optimize the composition and structure at the stage of selection of components of the cement-sand mixture. Practical significance. The principles of fine-grained concrete design for the manufacture of concrete pavement products are proposed due to the optimization of the composition and structure at the stage of selection of components of the concrete mixture, which contributes to increasing the density of the material and reducing the content of soluble components
