Transformation of the processing of bast crops by using technological and professional factors

Purpose. Analysis and substantiation of the main directions of improving quality processing of fiber products and development of recommendations for ensuring efficient management of production process. Methodology. The general methodological basis of the research was achievements of domestic and foreign scientists of production and quality management. A number of general scientific and special research methods have been used to achieve the goal: logical generalization, systematic approach and theoretical search. Findings. Over the last decade, practically park of technical equipment of linen enterprises did not recommence, but only decreased, that is not improve quality of products. Virtually investment in this sector does not carry, development of new type of equipment does not conduct, modernization and introduction of new technologies is carry out with a certain delay in time that does not result in the desired positive results. The quality processing of bast crops directly affects the efficiency of the enterprise. The high level of quality processing of bast crops provides growth of profitability and competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the conditions of a market economy. In the manuscript the question of finding ways of improving to the volumes production and quality flax products is considered. The today in Ukraine for the purpose of development of adequate scenarios of its following development an existing lines of block production diagram of the manufacture flax products were defined. The using of the in-plant training and confirmation of competence to personnel for upgrading goods is analyzed. Quality indicators of bast raw materials and products are analyzed. Influence of human factor on the efficiency of technological processes of bast raw material is analyzed. The theoretical questions to the directions of production to the high-quality flax raw material are processed. Thus, scientific and methodical approach solving theoretical and practical questions of receipting of flax of fibre materials, which, in contrast to existing, allow to improve quality of fibre is improved. Originality. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to determine the role of elements of the quality management system in increasing the level of fiber production. The practical value. The organization of the industrial processing complex for bast raw material in Ukraine will allow resuming the work of many industrial enterprises by means of the use of high-quality cheap domestic raw materials from bast stems, which can influence quite effectively the economic stability of the country as a whole
