Goal. The directions and possibilities of environmental flax processing to obtain products of various applications are theoretically substantiate on the basis of leading countries-producers of flax production experience . Method. Analytical methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis and generalization of existing studies in the countries of production on the basis of Oleaginous Flax and Textile Flax are used for the research. Results. The article presents the researches’ main findings the ways of Oleaginous Flax and Textile Flax rational use for obtaining innovative goods of various applications taking into account the conditions of Ukraine. Due to the crisis that lasts for two decades the Ukrainian Flax Industry requires radical changes of the existing approaches. Nowadays the Classical technologies are inefficient, energyconsuming and in many cases result in a poor quality fiber. The proposed ways to overcome the crisis are the gradual introduction of Oleaginous Flax into the Western Polіssya crop rotation and the revival of Textile Flax production. Based of modern research analysing the world’s and the Ukrainian flax market status, it can be confirmed that the revival of flax production depends on the integrated use of all components of Oleaginous Flax and Textile Flax. Today, various countries are searching for ways to maximize the use of their full potential, because burning is an environmental and economic problem in the world. It is investigated that the main indicators that determine the use of components of the flax crop: appearance, content of the bast (fiber), plant height. Research has shown that, according to the condition of the stem part, they are best used for the production of long and short fibers and fuel materials. It is proved that Oleaginous Flax is suitable for the manufacture of short, non-oriented fiber of different quality, which can be used in different industries. Unfortunately, there is still no industrial production of such fiber in Ukraine, although there are positive developments and the search of the ways to obtain flax fiber of the required quality is ongoing. It is established that for the production of fuel materials from agricultural plants technologies and technical means by which briquettes are obtained can be used. Also, the direction of flax stems use, which will quickly solve the existing problem and does not require large costs, is the production of small-sized fuel rolls for modern solid fuel boilers. The Scientific novelty of the results. The directions of effective waste-free use of flax are theoretically based and classified with the adaptation to the conditions of Ukraine. The practical significance of the results. The proposed Classification Scheme takes into account all possible uses of Oleaginous Flax and Textile Flax to obtain products of various applications. The rational directions of use are defined and new types of flax products are proposed
