Commodity evaluation of bouqinistic memorials

Goal. Analysis of the modern market of  bouqiunistic memorials and recommendations reasoning for their projected cost indicators determining during expert tasks of insurance value determination, as well as the starting value features for trading at auctions. Method. The bouqiunistic memorials market analysis was carried out by studying of the cost indicators distribution, where the set of publications is a set of different by importance value indicators, each of which has its own growth dynamics. In addition, the statistical distribution of financial capabilities of potential buyers was taken into account. To establish the regularities of  bouqiunistic memorials pricing, a database of antique books primary value information was created. Results. According to the results of research, it is established that the evaluation of ancient publications becomes meaningful in two paradigms – individually oriented and socially oriented. The first is related to the variety of possible individual subjective motivations for the perception of the book and is described by the index of the individual humanitarian needs fulfilling. The second paradigm is related to the evaluation of the named publication to be further insured as a cultural heritage object, which is stored in the state or non-state ownership museum. It deals with a possible losses of national culture in case such object is damaged or completely lost. In such case, it is advisable to be guided by estimates (insurance value), which are related to the level of general educational value of the object (general educational value index), as well as taking into account the bouqiunistic memorials complex the object belongs to. There are millions of samples simultaneously represented on the world market of bouqiunistic memorials, and hundreds thousands of samples represented on the market of Ukraine, which are in a state of permanent estimated value change. Any conclusions about the reasons for the formation of a certain level of bouqiunistic memorials value depend on the content and completeness of the criteria base, which is selected by the expert to perform this work and is reliable. Scientific novelty. A method of bouqiunistic memorials value estimation has been developed, which fully allows to evaluate both modern editions and editions of past centuries, as well as rare copies. It is clear which techniques should be used to evaluate bouqiunistic memorials based on their rarity. Practical importance. A study of the bouqiunistic memorials modern market was carried out, the theoretical principles of the bouqiunistic memorials estimated value calculation was developed. The proposed methodology of the value of bouqiunistic memorials forecasting and determining is of practical importance for experts, professional appraisers and collectors.
